Everything you need to know about the product and billing

After you have created your Safehugg Zone in your Admin dashboard, there is an Order Window Decal option. When you select that option, We will send you custom window decals so that your patrons will see them as they enter your place of business. When they read the information and scan the QR Code that has been customized for you, they will be taken to the App Store or Play Store to get the Safehugg application. Once they sign up, they will be automatically notified that the professional monitoring service and the selected guardians have been added to their app while at your place of business.

Your patrons will automatically get a Safehugg Zone notification when they enter the Geo Fenced area that has been created around your property in your dashboard.

The application detects when users enter and exit your Geo Fenced area and automatically adds or removes them from your auto guardians.

To best answer this question, imagine that you set an invisible fence all the way around your place of business. In technology we call that fence a Geo Fence. That invisible fence line is what sets the proximity of your Safehugg Zone.

When a user joins a Safehugg Zone, they get notifications sent by the administrators of that Zone even if they are NOT inside the Geo Fenced area of that location. If they DO NOT Follow a Safehugg Zone, then they will still have all of the protections when you are at that location however they WILL NOT get notifications sent if they are NOT inside of the Geo Fence of the Safehugg Zone for that location.
